With over 11 years of experience and a passion for seeing my clients succeed, I provide personalized training programs tailored to your needs and preferences. My primary areas of focus are weight loss, building functional strength and injury prevention/recovery.

I focus on really listening to what you need and building a personalized plan that helps you reach, and keep, your fitness goals.

We train in small, private gyms in Edina, Eden Prairie, and Minnetonka. If it’s easier, I’m happy to come to you and train in your home - whatever works best for your schedule and comfort.

Focus on creating a small, sustainable calorie deficit without making life miserable.

  • Dialing in nutrition

Injury Recovery & Prevention

Whether you're recovering from an injury or hope to prevent one, I will tailor a plan around the areas of concern and help you stay fit long-term.

  • Improving mobility and stability (hips, shoulders, core are big ones)

  • Teaching proper form and movement mechanics

  • Programming smart recovery 

  • Addressing pain early with corrective exercises
