Welcome to Movement with Matt! I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. With 11+ years of experience and a passion for seeing my clients succeed, I create personalized training programs designed around you—your goals, your lifestyle, your pace. Based in the Twin Cities, I’m here to help you get stronger, feel better, and actually enjoy the process along the way. My primary areas of focus are weight loss, building functional strength and injury prevention/recovery.

I focus on really listening to what you need and building a personalized plan that helps you reach, and maintain your fitness goals.

We train in small, private gyms in Edina, Eden Prairie, and Minnetonka. If it’s easier, I’m happy to come to you and train in your home - whatever works best for your schedule and comfort.

Whether you're recovering from an injury or hope to prevent one, I will tailor a plan around the areas of concern and help you stay fit long-term.
